I engaged with Flipkart Ads through o3M with high hopes and expectations. However, since the very first day, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite making the necessary payments, I have encountered a complete lack of response and communication from their end. It's disheartening to see that after investing in their services, I have not received the level of support and engagement that was promised. Similarly, we encountered initial communication issues with this aspect of their services as well. However, I'm pleased to note that the situation has recently shown signs of improvement. A new team member seems to have taken charge of our account, and their proactive follow-up has contributed to resolving some of the challenges we were facing hence the 2 star.
