Mentors specializes in training candidates for SSB & WRITTEN EXAM for all Officer level entry into the Armed Forces. It has the Expertise in moulding personality and developing Leadership skills of young aspirants who are desirous of joining Armed Forces in the officers Cadre, by preparing them to face and excel in Service Selection Board (SSB). The Institute has a vast network of infrastructure including specialists in all three techniques of SSB viz Group Testing Officer (GTO), Interviewing Officer (IO) and Psychologist which provides the candidate with real time scenario of SSB. Personalised Attention is given to each candidate at Mentors. Ground Testing Area Mentors is the only institute that has a full fledged GTO ground with enhanced safety standards. The Ground Testing Area has all outdoor tasks including Individual Obstacles, Progressive Group Task (PGT), Half and Full Group Task (HGT/FGT) and Command Task. The Ground Testing Area has been specially designed by the GTO of Mentors who has a long experience of 14 years as Senior GTO of four SSBs/NSBs. Mentors also intends honing upon the leadership skills of young talents at school and college level. The institute grooms them under its mentorship to nurture them to imbibe leadership skills for facing any interview for placement in corporate sector including SSB for joining armed forces at officers level. It would also instill in them intrinsic confidence in handling any interview/situation in life and emerge as effective leaders suited not only to Armed Forces but also in any organization.
