I've had the pleasure of working at Kompass Immigration under the direct guidance and leadership of the CEO- Mr. Sumit Sial and I can confidently say it's been an incredible experience. Mr Sial embodies visionary collaboration, and excellence. As I was reporting to him he made sure that I, as an intern gets to learn in a very well versed manner my role as an HR intern was not only limited to that but I also got to learn many aspects like communication skills, email drafting, interviewing skill, running background check, sourcing, Relationship building, drafting appointment letters, document verification, drafting questionnaires, job descriptions, MS office and also handful skill on CRM of the company. Their strategic direction and the SOP of HR was very helpful for me to reach their full potential and delivering outstanding results. I'm proud to be part of a company led by such an inspiring CEO who truly cares about the success, growth & knowledge of their employees.

IF ONLY ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION! I completed an internship at Kompass Immigration, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite fulfilling my duties and the agreed terms, including a stipend, the company has yet to pay me, even months after the internship ended. My attempts to resolve the issue have been ignored or met with unprofessional responses. The CEO, Mr. Sumit Sial, has been particularly unresponsive and unprofessional, refusing to address the situation adequately. This behavior reflects poorly on the company's leadership and overall professionalism. The promises made to interns and possibly others are not being honoured. The CEO even required interns to write false positive reviews on Google in exchange for our experience letters. I cannot recommend Kompass Immigration to anyone considering an internship or partnership with them.

The owner is a fraud... He will steal your money on the face of it you will feel the agency is right because the people who are kept to scam you are well trained by the owner.... They will come up with 2 options and play dumb... Option 1 - pay in one shot and younwill get discount Option 2 - in breaks but these breaks are so we'll set up that before your profile is made active they will change you full amount. After that they will not even open your query questions or will be willing to meet... If you pursue too much owner called me once and yelled over the phone... The owner clams to be a lawyer but doesn't look like he has some degree he is just a consultant who has learnt the trade on the job and helped people initially when the process was simple... Now they have no clue and just want to scam people. My scamsters included Nisha and Praneeta giving 100% that we will get you into Canada Begging me to pull down the review promising now they will help but no response or support extended...
