Bebo Technologies have done Virtual Campus Drive on 5th October for stipend based industrial training.

What do you see as PMNC’s greatest strengths?

“A spectacular green campus with ample facilities for students holistic growth”

Our greatest strength is our dedicated staff. Each staff member is committed and hard working and performs duty with team spirit. Another noteworthy aspect is our clean and green campus with sprawling lawns and grounds.

What are some of the biggest challenges in the higher education sector?

“Hiring and retention of highly qualified faculty members is a prevalent issue”

The biggest challenge for higher education, in general, is the lack of due consideration on the part of the Indian education system. Posts of college teachers are lying vacant and these should be filled as soon as possible. The migration of Indian youth to foreign countries is another challenge. We at PMNC are trying to overcome it by providing skill-based courses to our students which will make them employable.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?

“Do not chase easy money and shortcuts to success”

The youth, particularly students, should try to be realistic and practical. They should not run after easy money and shortcuts to success. They must acquire skills that may help them to settle in life. They should also observe self-discipline which will enable them to be well organised and successful
