What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
“Education drives towards changes”
Education is the mightiest weapon to bring changes in the life of the people. It is the only way to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary. It gives you inner joy when you can do something in this sector that contributes to making this world a better place to live in by building careers. Cambridge Group of Institutions impart education from primary school to higher and technical education, including B.Ed, D.El.Ed., Polytechnic, B. Tech, M.Tech, and MBA. When thousands of students leave our campus with a vibrant career after completing their education, the feedback, the joy, leaves an everlasting impact. It in fact gives me the strength to do something better than whatever we have done in the past.
What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
“I believe leadership is being a facilitator – learner”
As a leader, you need to set the vision of what you as an organisation is trying to accomplish. And then, you create an environment and exercise for your people where they gain confidence, learning’s and belief to transform that vision into reality. Leading by example is a great way to show your commitment to your imagination. I feel almost enthusiastic about challenges, and hence, I do not focus on the problems, instead, on the challenges as new opportunities to develop unique solutions. This approach has helped to take our organisation to newer heights.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute/ university?
“We take best care of our students to make them feel Home Away from Home”
As an Institution, you have to be fully dedicated, sensitive towards the smallest issues, responsible and committed to make the students feel homely. Also, I personally believe that students need not be kept in a relaxed zone. Similarly, we also do not allow our teachers and staff to sit ideally, not for even a single moment. We keep them engaged every time working with and/for the students and their education, moral, psychological and social wellness. Our priority is also on maintaining a ragging free campus where senior and junior students work on similar projects at different levels. Such constructive engagements of students, teachers and staff always results in a healthy relation and environment in our Campuses.
