How did you train your faculty to deliver this program to students?

"By following the approach of participative learning and training programs"

We follow different kinds of approaches to training our faculties and these approaches are generally based on the students' interests. The first method is the lecture approach, followed by the interaction method, and lastly, we share recorded videos of various topics of subjects with students. Even experiments are provided in real-time so that students can explain their questions at the same time and they can also be recorded.

How is this program connected with Industry needs?

"By ensuring conduction of industrial visits for students"

The primary goal of the Industry Collaboration Cell is to bridge the gap between academics and industry. As a result, well-groomed, employable pupils remain available to take on the industry's difficulties. We also schedule industry trips for our students where they spend a full day. After the trip, they are asked to write reports about it so that they can understand by themselves how industries operate.
