Ayushi Shukla is a faculty of computer science in the Global Institute of Technology. She did Masters in Technology on Computer Science from RGPV University, Bhopal. Her interested area includes Leadership, Training, Cloud and Cyber security, Google Suite, and Programming Languages. She worked in multiple roles like Faculty coordinator for Coding club & Cultural club. She published articles in leading International and national Journal for Research.

What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students in Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur?

“To focus on students' growth and update them with the latest technology”

I am always given enough freedom to focus on the student's imagination. Our intuition part along with facts and figures. It helps pupils to work on their ideas. We introduce some clubs for students such as the Coding club for developing their coding skills according to new updated technology. Another one is the AI & Ml club to build up the minds of our young generation as per latest technology.

How do you tend to establish healthy relations with students and fellow faculty?

“Discuss problems openly and handle them accordingly on campus”

We organize activities like sports, competitions, historical places visit to maintain healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty. Every Saturday we organize refreshments for the week. A mentor faculty is a guardian for every 15 to 20 students . They can openly discuss their problems and handle them accordingly. 

How do you try to bring in a practical approach towards subjects as industry oriented?

“Lab facilities, training and industry visits are available to students”

Our campus provides 20 to 25 labs for training purposes. We have 12 different labs for the subject training purpose like AI lab & Machine Learning Lab. Each lab is assigned to lab technicians with the trained Faculty members. Our lab capacity is around 45 to 50 seats with all the necessary equipment and software. Students are allowed to do practice in the lab in their leisure time. We organize competitions regarding coding activities and CRT classes. Students learn the basics of industry and activities and also improve their technical skills.

What are the best practices offered by Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur to the students to gain necessary skills? 

“Organize events, manage placements, sports activities, and industrial visits for pupils”

We arrange interactive programs like workshops, seminars, and live projects. They can participate in events, manage placements, sports activities, and industrial visits under the guidance of faculties. Apart from academic activities, we also push students to show their talent in extracurricular activities. It encourages students to work with their 100% mind. 

How do you strategize the curriculum and get updated for the students?

“Divide subject plan into hourly and discuss previous lecture contents for pupils”

Our campus follows the syllabus of the Rajasthan Technical University. We divide the subject plan into an hourly format. It helps students to prepare the necessary key points related to the upcoming topics. They can attain a better understanding of the topic. We divided the entire lecture into three parts. Firstly, we discuss previous lecture contents,and then teach them the current topic. At last, we teach a summary of the current lecture and provide tasks related to the lecture. 

What are your views upon the placements and higher education of students in Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur?

“Technical Career Resource centers and Placement Cells are available to candidates”

We appreciate our students for their innovative ideas. Support from campus is available to their startups financially and mentally. We give them the opportunity as our startup plan collaboration Wadhwani Foundation. Our campus provides Technical Career Resource centers or Placement Cells for pupils. Faculties support shaping the students to a brighter future by arranging Career Counseling, Workshops, All-inclusive Training, Mock Interviews, Internships, Industrial Visits, and On-campus placement. 

How do you help students to cope up with the competition in the outside world? 

“Develop the skills of students and encourage them to participate in events”

Our campu recognized and appreciated every effort of students. It finds ways to top your personal bests and beat a high score, or earn a new badge. Every learner starts at a different place, and takes time to gain enough mastery to reach the level of advanced learners. We encourage pupils to participate in activities and develop skills. 

Do you have any extracurricular activities to enhance the skills of the students? 

“Provide seminars, debates, outdoor fests and conferences to improve students skills”

Candidates learn about the world through extra-curricular activities. They experience various situations and gain extra energy or curiosity with these programs. We teach students to become social friendly through different incidents with all activities. A timely involvement is available in our campus between students, teachers and parents. Pupils can contribute better through a flexible teaching platform and improve their quality.

What challenges do you face to uplift the quality of education on campus? 

“Latest updated systems and exposure to research for students are challenges for us”

One of the challenges is labs with new updated systems and digital boards. Except for that, our working environment is very nice. Scheduling of classes was comfortable on campus. The exposure to research and making representation is another difficulty.
