Being the Dean of the College, what is your philosophy of leadership?

"Leadership is all about giving freedom to your team to work and involving them in decision making"

According to me, a true leader is a pace-setter and his/her work should set an example for other team members. Being part of the Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, I lead different sports and cultural events of college and I am also involved in the college clubs and admission department. So, overall I believe in a democratic way of working because then only my team can utilize their skills to the best of their potential. And whenever I take any decision, I involve all my team members to give suggestions and inputs as in this way only they can feel that they are important to us.

"It is developed under the guidance of industry experts and include best programs and training"

All the Departments of our institute have excellent rapport with the industry and industry people are part of our Board of Studies, Academic Council and Board of Governance. And the benefit of this inclusion is that whenever we draft and renew our curriculum, experts are there to provide their suggestions and inputs and hence industrial standards and demands are automatically included in it. Also, our curriculum is a perfect amalgamation of industry sponsored projects, amazing internships, customized training programs for the benefit of students.
