What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“The ability to influence the lives of young individuals through academic expertise inspires me”

As educators, we keep up with the latest technologies and pass those on to our students. In my career, I have seen many of my students succeed beyond their expectations. Many have been mentored by me. Many of them hold senior positions in well-known companies. This knowledge motivates me every day to be a better educator.

What is your philosophy of leadership and its implementation?

“Leadership means acknowledging the contributions of all my teammates”

I believe in a democratic leadership style in which all the team members are equally involved in all the decisions and activities. As a leader, I give credit to all my teammates for their success and consider failure as a black mark on my work. Moreover, I believe in two-way communication rather than flowing the information and ideas through the hierarchy.
