What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
“I want to feel energetic and learn everyday by being around the students”
My sole motive is to utilise this energy in the best possible way to nurture their future. As a teacher, we can mould their energy and act as a guide to their dream for which they have been working hard. We have lots of opportunities as we are surrounded by a number of industries which need these young blood to come, learn and take themselves along with the company to great heights.
What is your philosophy of leadership?
“I would mention only one word for my leadership style i.e. TEAMWORK”
With a team you can achieve anything you have dreamt of. I started this institute with a mere strength of 13 students and as of now we have 600 students shaping up their career to fulfil their dream.
How do you strategize the key programs and plans for your college?
“We try to increase our visibility and encourage students”
We are a pride institute entering in our 55th year of making dreams come true so our main strategy is to make students believe that they can achieve whatever they can think. Our plans of marketing revolve around basic advertising in public places and majorly through digital mode.

“I like transparency and want my staff to be transparent”
I like things to be kept transparent in my institute and urge every member of our institute to abide by this ideology of mine.
