Dr. Thomas P John is the Chairman of T John Institute of Technology. He is a Medical Graduate(MBBS) from Bangalore, India. In this interview he introduces how digital is the way forward and how students can make a career out of it. He thereon gives a vivid description about the course curriculum being adapted and how the institute passes on and prepares students for a quality learning experience along with a suitable environment for their personal growth. Failure is a state of mind. If the student starts off with failure as an option then he or she will encounter failure. To overcome the feeling of failure, the students need to change their thought process. They have to start and develop a habit of having thoughts of success. The process initiates with a thought and so does success.
