Mr. Subhash Chandra Bose V. is currently working as the Head of the Department of Management studies in West Godavari Institute of Science And Engineering. He has been working here since 2012. He holds B.Sc. degree and MBA degree. He has worked as an Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, Sri Vasavi Institute of Engineering & Technology, Kanuru for two years.

Teachers are the creators of any professional individual

In our society, teachers are the best creators. Without a teacher, there will be no Doctor, no Lawyer & no Engineer. So, this thought has inspired me to become one. I have about 9 years of experience in the education sector and one year of industrial experience.

Preparing students to match the industry’s requirements is a major challenge

The most significant challenge is to prepare the student with respect to the industry’s expectation. Motivating MBA graduates to go to any extent when it comes to a good opportunity is one another challenge.

Our curriculum includes industry visits as well as soft skills-program & various seminars by industry experts making it the best-suited curriculum when it comes to meeting industry expectations.

The primary goal is to provide one job to every student in the department

My primary goal is to provide at least one job opportunity for every student in my department when they graduate.

Measures taken by the Institute to maintain the quality

We closely monitor the level of improvement of each student & take necessary measures to improve the same. We concentrate on faculty by organizing faculty development programs.

Building a positive school environment

We build a positive school environment by making our students a part of the decision making process.

Mentorship is the way to build a strong connection with the students

We can build a good relationship with the students by delivering knowledge in the best way possible & by providing constant mentorship to them.

Helping the students to get better employment opportunities

We try to help them out with the better employability opportunities by helping them in researching the best possible sector that they can get into when they graduate. We also have placements in our institution.

I believe in the leadership style which is democratic in nature

My leadership style is democratic. I believe that my students are matured enough to take their own decisions.

B.Tech is the best professional course for the students

I think it is B. Tech, as he/she would have better employment opportunities after graduating.
