What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Teaching, researching, and sharing knowledge to students connects me with the education industry”

Education plays a vital role in everyone’s life. It is the need and development of Society. Research, teaching, and sharing my knowledge to the younger generation connects me with the education sector. I have received the knowledge from one or other source. It is my responsibility to share the knowledge that I gained.

What is your philosophy of leadership in Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University of Management?

“Participative leadership style follows me and motivates students to attain confidence”

Every person has a leadership quality in them. Faculty are encouraged to motivate students to participate in various campus events. I try to generate appropriate opportunities for students and involve them in various tasks. Faculties need to organize conferences, guest talk, workshops etc. My leadership style is participative and I give freedom to design tasks that strengthen students. I interact with students to help them to increase their confidence.

What is your view on Indian and foreign countries' education structure?

“Provide internships for students on campus the same as abroad countries”

Education system in India is far different from foreign countries. But, we are giving our best to get used to foreign education system. Foreign countries give internships during summer break. So, we are following the same. We provide the students with the best of worlds. Our curriculum is futuristic and reviewed regularly as per the latest global practices.

How does the curriculum of Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University of Management ensure the best practice of industry?

“Diverse courses and training are provided to students”

Many students are changing their minds for the courses. After exploring the diverse courses in the first year, many students end up majoring and minoring in programs. It is totally different from their original plan. We stress more on subjects and less on students. They get diverse courses and training from the campus. Hence, students automatically start loving the subject.

How does your university welcome students of different economic backgrounds?

“Encourage students to participate in cultural fests and enjoy a free climate from the campus”

Only religion followed throughout the campus is education. We never discriminate against students on the basis of religion or background. They are encouraged to wear different traditional clothes at traditional events. Students from different states come together and start enjoying the free campus climate.

What do you see as the greatest strengths of Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University of Management?

“Students, faculties and management are our greatest pillars”

One of our mandatory rules is Guru-Shishya Parampara. We maintain a relationship between faculty and students. They both can learn from each other. One of the greatest strengths is the support provided by students and qualified mentors. Incoming students are allotted peer mentors to help them to navigate academic and non-academic issues.

What are your roles and responsibilities to campus and students?

“To give the best education to students and attain 100% output from campus”

My role is to my 100% output to gain a good rank for campus in the society. It is my responsibility to verify details and make my college as number one in the city. I support students to gain knowledge from me and use different techniques to score good marks in the semester. My duty is to fetch a job for students with a good package.

“Focus on skills and attain your career”

Be patient and become problem solvers. You need to be aware of the environment and never get cheated. Adopt the 7 R principle in your life such as Rethink, Refuse, Reduce, Repurpose, Reuse, Recycle, Rot. Focus on learning and its applications in real life.
