What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

"My eagerness to share my knowledge with students and youth is the main reason"

Before entering the teaching field I worked in the corporate world for 9 years. The reason I joined the education sector after so long working there is that I have a natural knack for teaching. And it is only the education field that can give me immense opportunities to share my knowledge and experiences with the youths to make them aware of the corporate world and its working style even before they will actually join an organization. Also by educating students and youths, I can bring a positive impact on their lives which will ultimately be helpful for society and national growth.

What is the major difference between the Indian and Foreign education systems?

"Foreign education is obviously better, because it's practical-based"

From my past experiences, I can clearly say that foreign education is project-based and application oriented because training and education are provided to students with the direct support and guidance of industry experts. But in India, we miss this. Here more importance is given to theoretical knowledge and we focus very less on getting on practical knowledge and training. Although our universities are improving in an exponential manner every year, we still have a long way to go in improving the actual application-based skills of students.

How does the curriculum of your College ensure the best practices of the industry?

"Latest industry courses and training programs are key features of our curriculum"

Our college introduces new industry-based programs and courses on a regular basis for students to bridge the gap between the curriculum and industrial expectations. And the main objective of this practice is not only to impart necessary corporate skills to students to make them industry-ready but also to give them a competitive advantage over other college peers.

What are your roles and responsibilities for the University and the students?

"To contribute to the growth of students and college by using my corporate experiences"

Our University has a clear set of guidelines regarding the roles of its faculties. And being an important part of this institute, the ambiance of my responsibilities is very vast, and I try to achieve the best for my college and students using my past corporate experiences. I also need to keep myself updated with the latest industrial and educational trends so that I can provide the best quality education and guidance to my students. Lastly, with the connections I have in the corporate sector I try to make sure that our college gets enough placement opportunities for students.

What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?

"We should emphasize improving the education quality we are offering"

In my opinion, we should focus more on enhancing the quality of education we are offering by including the latest industry-oriented programs, courses and training for the benefit of students. More industry-specific content should be included in the syllabus of various subjects to make our students acquainted with industry needs. And, universities have made the internship compulsory for students, which is actually a good thing.

What makes your college unique in comparison to others?

"We provide 100% placement opportunities and quality education to students"

Our college offers the best quality education and 100% placement assurance to students. And to connect with us, students can visit our college website. We are accredited by NAAC and recently we have received international accreditation from the Higher Learning Accreditation Consultant & Training (HLACT) UK. All of these make us different in comparison to our peer colleges.

What are some of the greatest strengths of your college?

"Our teachers, placement records and infrastructure are the main pillars of our strength"

Our placements statistics which clearly define the hard work of us and our students and our faculties make us strong. Also, we have a great infrastructure to give an amazing ambiance to students for their growth and development. Lastly, we offer to stay facilities to students in association with local guest houses and PGs. All this makes us resilient enough to achieve the mission and vision of our college.

What are some of the plans that you are currently designing for your college or students?

"We are planning to expand our reach among international students"

We have already received higher learning consultant and training accreditation from the UK. And we are also planning to expand our reach on an international basis among students Bhavans as a group is already international and we have more than 100 colleges in major cities of India and abroad.

Any suggestions which you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

"Stay disciplined and dedicated towards your goals"

I would like to advise my students to live a disciplined life. Also, stay focused on your goals and don't get distracted because of random things, because there is no shortcut to success, so give your best in whatever you are doing to make an easy life for you. And for all these things, you don't have to be super intelligent at something, just stay dedicated and maintain perseverance.
