Thoughts on education industry

I believe, working in this industry gives us an opportunity and a strong platform to impart knowledge to the upcoming generation. It helps us to serve the society at large and make it a better place to live in.

Why BIMS is the best from the rest?

We focus on the overall development of students to help them nourish in academics as well as in extracurricular activities. At every point, we are trying to become and create more student-centered system in order to strengthen our core values. The programs that are offered at the institute are designed in a way to build confidence among the students and help them to seamlessly face the tough competition.

Hurdles faced being a Chairman

Since we are serving the society by educating the budding generation, it is necessary to maintain the quality of education. Being an administrator, recruiting the best of the best is the major challenge that I come across. It is necessary to match the trends of the education industry which requires a great deal of planning and hardship. I am glad that I could achieve the goal after all that toil.

Inculcating world-class education at the Institute

At the time of hiring, we make sure to recruit professors/ teachers who have all of their funda clear. With this, we take proper care to provide the students with optimum infrastructure to facilitate high standard education system. We are also working on continuous grooming of our teachers and students by conducting seminars and workshops. We also propel our team members for participation in several academic sessions.

Leadership philosophy of Mr. Bora

A leader must be a good listener and lead by example. He may not be a pro while dealing with everything but should acquire proper skills to encourage and motivate his team. I lead by facilitating communication among team members for better results. Also, I am great at analysing the strength of each team leader and then delegating the tasks accordingly.

Mr. Bora on time management

Time is complicated, hence managing it might be challenging. I manage my time efficiently for daily activities in the institute because of my highly supportive and hardworking staff. They keep me updated on regular basis so that I could do the best in the least time.

Methods opted to build a relationship with students

We organise several interactive sessions and activities at BIMS where the students get an opportunity to discuss their issues regarding anything. The credit for that goes to our extracurricular activities’ sessions due to which we have developed a great bond with the students and the entire faculty for that matter.

Upcoming Goals for Institute

The foremost goal of any educational institute is to become the best among all. We are trying to introduce more industry-oriented courses to prepare our students for the market. Also, we are aiming to recruit highly qualified and experienced faculty members who will help in improving the standards of students. We are also planning to score more excellence and aiming towards NAAC “A” Grade this time.

Suggestions to young generation

Today’s youth irrespective of gender should have a set goal and must know how to achieve it. They must define their career paths according to their interests and passion. A career of one’s own choice can result in more success rather than fulfilling other’s wish. They should have the confidence to make their own identity in the world.
