What is your philosophy of leadership?

“My leadership has given me the ability to think outside the box, be clear and wise”

I describe my leadership as transformational style. I believe in trust, empathy and cooperation. I am an active listener; I pay attention to every detail provided by my faculty. My goal is to listen to their problems, suggest solutions, and provide intellectual stimulation. While I delegate my authority to them, I stay by their side at every step and offer assistance when they need it. By promoting integrity in their work, and always having an empathic attitude towards them, I inspire them.

How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?

“A focus on e-learning skills, multimedia learning, soft skills and technical education”

Our Institute follows the curriculum prescribed by the C.R.S University, Jind. Best practices are quintessential to add commendable value to an institution and its various stakeholders. Our best practices are in tune with the teacher’s training providing benefits to schools, teachers and the community at large.

  • Under the supervision and guidance of our teachers, principals and headmasters, the students practice rigorous teaching practice in schools regularly.
  • We stress e-learning skills, multimedia learning, mobile learning, computer skills, and good communication skills at our institute.
  • Collaboration - All staff members are engaged in association and cooperation, and no one is alienated.

What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“There is a need for developing ICT skills among the teachers”

Universities should make a strong checkpoint in the form of competition (eligibility entrance test) for getting admissions in B.Ed. or any other teacher education course. Only competent students must be allowed to take admissions in these courses. By 2030, adaptive learning software will replace direct instruction. School without walls concept will be in trend. Blended learning, the use of multimedia, voice-controlled devices, latest laptops and tablets will be an integral part of education. The role of a teacher will shift from a mere content provider to more of a motivator, coach, curriculum designer and mentor of the student.

What would you see as the Institute's greatest strength?

“We are best known for our good governance”

In one word, “Good governance” is the greatest strength of our institute. A good governance encompasses all the mandatory requirements for good teaching and growth of its students and teachers as well. All our policies are designed according to the students welfare and their ability to learn.

Are there any placement opportunities for the students?

“The institute organizes placement drives for its students on campus”

Yes, definitely, teacher education courses like B.Ed. and M.Ed. are the gateways of the teaching profession. A Degree in these courses is required as a minimum basic qualification. After these courses, a student has to crack HTET, CTET and other exams of different states in order to be placed in government schools. For private schools, these degrees are enough. Institute also organizes placement drives on the campus for the students.

How do you tend to establish a healthy environment in your institute?

“Focusing on building a student-centered institute”

All activities are planned with the welfare and convenience of the students in mind. A good work environment is made possible by good governance, transparency in all our functions, and availability & accessibility to the Principal. We have very good connections with our students. We are able to foster this bond only through the healthy human relations we cultivate with all our stakeholders. Students, alumni, parents, and other stakeholders are regularly consulted with regard to any barriers or hurdles that interfere with student progress.

Any suggestions that you would like to give to the current youth?

“Train yourself to think differently and be compassionate”

Teachers play an important role in a student's life. Our students are future teachers; they have a big responsibility towards society. I will suggest to them to be committed and excel in their career. I will ask them to train their brain to think differently and their hearts to be compassionate.
