What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Building a better tomorrow”

The education sector has always been fascinating. Knowing that you get to be a part of nation-building is the first and most important factor that has kept me connected. Being in the industry, you come across the latest trends and get the opportunity to implement the same within the institution. Providing the students with inclusive education, extracting their talents, promoting research culture and creative thinking are a few other contributing factors.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“I follow the transformational and strategic leadership style”

I believe in maximizing the work efficiency and effectiveness of everyone in the team. I try to create an environment where the staff is self-motivated and they understand and fulfil the academic requirements.

In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?

“Cultivating rational thinking besides providing knowledge”

Incorporated in 2014, the institute has been generating a pool of professional who are instilled with the right theoretical and practical skills and are capable enough of standing upon the changing demands of the industry. Students are trained and groomed not only for placements at our institute but to cope with and overcome any situation in life.

“Being welcoming of all the sections”

As previously discussed DDR focuses on inclusive education where we embrace the diversity of culture, race and economic background students. DDR encompasses all the ways to celebrate differences. For students who are economically weak and might not have resources that allow them to live a comfortable college life, we waive off 100% of the tuition fee as per our scholarship scheme. The college also takes care of differently-abled students.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the University and the students are?

“Being a facilitator and problem solver”

My role and responsibilities include facilitating the smooth flow of academics and administration. Both students and university are committed to ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
