What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Empowering tomorrow’s leaders and building nations”

Education is an important asset in one’s life and for humanity as a whole. I believe that good leaders are needed to change the world and impact both individuals and society. Thus, implying my experience and knowledge to create global leaders and making a difference in a student’s life through this guidance and efforts make me feel immensely proud and happy to the core. Student and staff accomplishments and appreciation keep me linked to the education field.

How would you describe your leadership style?

“Improvising and innovating new ideologies”

A leader must lead and collaborate with his or her team members in a more responsive and responsible manner, provide opportunities and resources for people to grow, rise, and improve their skills. I believe the team should have enough room to propose, innovate, and mould stuff to fit the situation.
