What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Innate passion and desire to contribute to education sector”

The main reason that I have been connected to this sector is because of my inclination towards a training platform that helps build the character of today’s youth. Being able to build the future capital in the form of creating dedicated professionals has constantly motivated me.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“In my leadership role, I create enthusiasm for work"

The philosophy I have always followed has been to encourage students to explore more in this competitive world so that they get a deeper understanding of learning and building themselves up. Creating enthusiasm for professional life is my role as a leader

What can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?

“Exposure to various skills and value-added education”

As you can see in India, people don't usually take courses that are offbeat; instead, they tend to get into fields such as engineering, medical or a known field rather than something unrelated, such as tourism. Therefore, I believe students should consider all of their options and make an informed decisions. In the current age, students need to be able to hone diverse skill sets, because one skill set is not enough when compared to students worldwide.

What are some of the biggest challenges for the higher education sector currently?

“Education for the economically weaker section of society”

The greatest challenge that we faced was sending faculty to train underprivileged students, a task that takes a lot of effort both from our end and from the students' end. In order for the economically disadvantaged students to benefit as well, both parties must come together

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?

“Expansion of skill sets is essential in today’s world”

Rather than looking at their life from a narrow perspective, I suggest that they consider a bigger picture. Their skillset should not be restricted to what they learned in their degree course but should be added to and polished. We live in a competitive world where you have to outdo your competitors as well.

What are some plans that you’re currently designing for your institute?

“Students can take foreign language courses or yoga classes”

As part of our curriculum expansion plan, we plan to offer courses such as foreign languages, yoga, which will help students build a healthy mind and body. Students taking foreign language courses can find jobs abroad without facing language barriers.

How do you tend to establish a healthy environment in your institute?

“Constant conversation and open dialogues”

We have Student Communities that help students find solutions to their problems. We also organize lectures and seminars for students to give them a glimpse of what life is like outside of the classroom.
