BAOU Evaluation Procedure 2022

BAOU follows below listed methods to calculate the progress of a student for Distance Education Programmes:

  1. Self-Evaluation: At the end of the self-Instruction Manual, there are certain exercises that are required to be performed by students.
  2. Continuous Evaluation: Students have to complete the number of assignments allotted by the study centers. The weightage is 30% for assignments per subject.
  3. Term End Examination: Term End Examinations are conducted at the end of each academic year or semester. The final degree will be given on the basis of the student’s performance in the TEE.

Ans. Distance education programmes results are calculated based on 3 stages which are Self-evaluation, continuous eva9, and Term-end evaluation.

Ques. Does BAOU conduct reappear exams for the candidates? 

Ans. Yes, BAOU conducts reappear exams each year along with the semester exams with different schedules for candidates who were unable to qualify for the semester exams.

Ques. How much does BAOU charge for reappearing exams? 

Ans. Students who have failed to appear for an exam can enrol for reappear exams by paying INR 200 per subject. Students are required to fill the application form before the allotted deadline.

Ques. Where can a candidate obtain the BAOU Examination Form? 

Ans. Candidates can obtain the BAOU examination form from University's study centers. The Study Centre charges an amount of 400 INR per subject for the internal examination.
