Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) publishes results of 2.5 lakh students who are studying under 255 affiliated colleges. Students can check their academic as well as the entrance exam results conducted by RTU in online

Students of RTU Kota who want to check their evaluation of marks must fill an application form for the answers book by paying a fee of 1000 INR per answer book. If there is a mistake in the sum of marks obtained then, the university would rectify it in the mark sheet. The students who are not satisfied with the checking of the answer book can apply for revaluation of the paper.

Students who want to apply for revaluation of any papers can apply for evaluation by filling up an application form. They need to submit the application form with the original mark sheet to the controller of exams within 15 days after the day of the result declaration. The revaluation fee is 500 INR per paper. 

Examinees who are unable to score the passing marks in any paper need to sit for backlog/supply examination conducted by the university. It is to be noted that students should clear all the backlog papers within a timespan double the course duration to get the desired degree from the university.

How to Check RTU Result 2023?

RTU conducts its even semester exams in May/June and odd sem exams November-December. The varsity publishes the result within 60-70 days of examinations.

RTU declares its internal exam results on a semester basis for RTU Kota UG & PG courses (regular & supplementary) every year. As soon as the result is out, students have to log in to the RTU results portal

Students have to choose their course and just enter their name, Roll Number and Mother’s Name to check their results. Follow these steps to check RTU Results 2023

Correction in RTU Marksheet

If there is any mistake in Name/Father’s Name/Mother’s Name/Enrolment number in your Marksheet then you can get it corrected by following the below procedure:

  1. Click on the Link
  2. Download the application Form
  3. Fill the form completely
  4. Attach Original Marksheet, a letter from concerned college, photocopy of 10th mark sheet, photocopy of id with address proof, DD and Photocopy of the previous mark sheet.
  5. Draw a Demand Draft of INR 250 for each correction.
  6. DD should be drawn in favour of Rajasthan Technical University, Kota payable at Kota.
  7. Send the complete form to CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATION, Rajasthan Technical University, Rawatbhata Road, Kota 324010.

Note: Corrected mark sheet will be dispatched to your college or the home address within a month of application received.

How to View the RTU Exam Answer book?

Students those who want to view their answer book for checking any error in the evaluation of answers can do so by filling up the application form. The form must be submitted along with the fee of INR 1000/- per answer book to the university. Application form should be submitted within 15 days of result declaration. They will be notified about the dates and timing to check their answer scripts.

One has to bring his photo id card while checking the sheet. He will be allowed to do checking in presence of a committee constituted by Vice-Chancellor. There is a time limit of 5-10 minutes for checking the book. He will be allowed to check his answer sheet only once.

If there is a totalling mistake, the error will be rectified by the university in due course of time. If still, he is not satisfied with the answer checking then he can opt for the revaluation.

RTU Exam Revaluation 2023

Students can evaluate their papers for which they are not satisfied by result obtain. For this, they can download the application form for the website and fill in the details. Application form along with the original mark sheet and fees of INR 500/- per paper is submitted to the controller of exams within 15 days excluding the date of result.

RTU Back Exam 2023

If a student fails in a paper then he can give the Back/Supply exam to improve the result. University will publish the notification on its website regarding the exam dates and procedure to apply for it. Student needs to submit the form and pay the fees within the given time. 

A student to be eligible for the degree needs to clear all the examination including the back papers in a time period double the course duration (starting from enrolment of course).

Student whose revaluation result has not been declared and he gives back examination then he has an option for choosing either of one result. For this, he has to fill the application in the prescribed format.

Ques: How to Check RTU Results 2023?

Ans: For checking any results related to RTU, students have to visit the official website, esuvidha.info. The recent result notifications are available as result links on the Result Page of the portal. 

Ques: How many chances does RTU give for clearing back?

Ans: For a 4-years BTech degree, RTU provides another 4 years term to clear all the papers. In case students are unable to clear within the additional 4 years (that is, 8 years in all), they can apply for Mercy Back from RTU. 

Ques: What are the ways to get an original degree certificate from RTU?

Ans: Visit the RTU Kota office with the provisional mark sheets and university card. On verification of documents and approval of identification, degrees will be handed over to concerned colleges. Students have to collect the same from the college itself.

Ques: What is the mercy exam of RTU all about?

Ans: Mercy chance is an attempt to exercise by RTU to allow students to clear their BTech degrees. Mercy Back is granted by RTU for students who were unable to clear backlogs within 8 years allotted for BTech degree competition. In 2018, the mercy exam was introduced for students who were enrolled in between 2006-2009 to any of its 148 affiliated engineering colleges.
