What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Being a source of motivation for them” 

I believe leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal. I am doing the same with my team and without the support of them, I wouldn’t have reached so far and set the goals for everyone. I draw my inspiration for leadership from the Founder of Integral University Prof. S.W. Akhtar. The people including me at Integral University strive to attain a level of perfection and excellence that is at par with the best.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your College?

“Different teams consisting of committed individuals that take care of specific areas”

My only motive is to excel in every area we are dealing with. It requires a lot of hard work, teamwork, and motivation. As far as strategy formulation, innovation & organizational level decision making is concerned, at Integral University, our teaching and management philosophy is open and broad in dealing with different views and opinions. Our teachers are fully aware that every student is unique and has his/her own learning attitude. For marketing, we have different departments who work as a support system for us. We pay special emphasis on social media, our Alumni Association proactively gets engaged with our alumni to make a proper touch with them. We have a placement cell which continuously works for the betterment of our students and gets connected with them. Moreover, we have a dedicated Admission Team who are trained and capable enough to counsel the new students, make them understand what is best for, the requirements of a specific course & how far it suits their academic background, personality & future plans. 

In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here at your University?

“Our endeavor is to develop human values and professional ethics”

The pattern of education may be quite different but the basic concepts, principles & theories remain the same whether here or overseas. In the end, all we want is to educate the youth for their betterment and the betterment of the country as well. We strongly believe in providing our students with motivation, encouraging participation, and making students feel responsible in their learning process. Our aim is to increase innovation and generate a sense of responsibility, participative cooperation, and coherence between values and practices.

Currently, we have 12000 plus students on campus including our international students from Nigeria, Sudan, Kenya, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, Tanzania, Thailand, and Germany. “Giving the students an ‘at-home’ experience”

The people at Integral University strive to attain a level of perfection and excellence that is on par with the best. For the students, I always believe that they have different learning goals, abilities, and interests. Hence, in trying to reach and connect with all students, a variety of teaching methods and approaches are adopted and make sure to always be there for them as a family.
