Dr. Gautam Ghosh is the Chairman of St.Peter's College. He is a renowned personality in the society, who believes "a creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others".
He is a brilliant and creative innovator and a formidable leader within the sphere of pioneering think-tanks in Asia. By profession, Dr. Ghosh is both professor and lawyer. He has advocated against Police Atrocities and Political Vendetta. He also advocated for women’s rights and discrimination against religious minorities.
His book on Police Accountability titled “Police Accountability at the Cutting-Edge Level” has been acclaimed as a welcome addition to the research collection section of the Library of “London School of Economics” and has been widely acknowledged by the British Library in London, Asia Pacific Africa Collection Section".

Teaching is a profession of interdependence
I have been in the education industry for two decades now. I have a lot of experience and hence, I will answer your question in brief. I believe that this industry is proactive. This industry is doing good in India but needs some qualitative and quantitative changes. Some institutions use the name of International Institutes. I have witnessed the quality of education that these institutes provide and believe me when I say it is below par.
This profession gives us the right, privilege, and power to associate and teach the future generation of our country. It is the industry of giving and taking knowledge. Where teachers and students are interdependent.

A good leader leads from front
A good leader is someone who says “we” before “I”. He is someone who believes in maintaining goodwill and not in ordering around. A good leader doesn’t drive employees but coaches his team. That’s according to me is the traits of a good leader. My leadership style is Participative Leadership.
