Currently, Dr. Wandemberg is the Dean of Woxsen School of Business.

Dr. Wandemberg has over 30 years of international experience as a Manager, Educator, and Private Consultant, in a range of fields and with a variety of organizations, from private businesses to international development agencies such as the World Bank, United Nations, USAID, ACDI/VOCA.
Dr. Wandemberg has taught at renowned universities in North and South America and in Europe and has received numerous awards and recognition. His field of expertise is very rich, including Sustainable Human Development, Strategic Planning & Leadership, Corporate Social Responsibility, Project Management, Cultural Change & Development, Relationship Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Institutional Strengthening. Expert in International Sustainable Development, Strategic Planning & Leadership, Organisational Change, Policy Making, Public Relations, Social Inclusion, Marketing, Participative Leadership, Building and Coordinating Interdisciplinary Teams, Resource Mobilisation, Human Capacity Building, Public Speaking and Continuous Learning. 
Dr. Wandemberg holds multiple nationalities and is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian. Since 1998, he has been the President and CEO of a consulting firm helping private and public enterprises change their organizational DNA thus creating an organizational culture with a positive hedonic tone, a high level of trust and integrity and, ultimately, a higher return on investment (ROI).

Suggestion for the current youth and the aspiring students

Make sure you understand that it is no longer good enough to believe in yourself. You must start to know yourself! In order to do this, you must have a deep and sound understanding of your fundamental or highest purpose on earth. You must have a crystal-clear vision of your dream, your highest purpose. And then, just make it happen!
