Enroute To Employability Preparation for the Industry

As a way of nurturing and preparing the students for the industry, Parul University’s Enroute to Employability is a platform which brings together 20 industry based speakers to share their insights and give ideas on how to be employable. The same gets reflected in their courses.In the prior conferences, key issues of the industry were discussed which include Gender Equality at Workplace, Inclusive Growth and Skill Development towards Industry 4.0, Apprenticeships and Work Integrated Learning Programs and Mismatched Expectations between Students and Employers. The platform hosted some of the most renowned personalities in the industrial sector, with Dr Anil K Khandelwal, Former Chairman and MD of Bank of Baroda and Dena Bank as the guest of honour, and Mr Kumase Simon Powow, a Cameroonian based CEO Gulf Field Higher Institute of Petroleum, as the chief guest. Human Resources Summit for the industry
