GITAM Hyderabad’s Innovation Centre organizes Tech Fest

18^th September 2018, Hyderabad: The Innovation Centre of GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad organized a one-day technical fest in the name of ‘La Elvitia’ (Third edition annual event) on September 18, 2018. Prof. N.Siva Prasad, Pro Vice-Chancellor, DVVSR Varma, Resident Director, and Prof. Ch.Sanjay, Principal, School of Technology inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp.

Prof. N.Siva Prasad wished that the fest will help to innovate new inventions, to get new ideas and it enriches the ability of thinking, answering etc. He advised the students that they should through in basics and it helps to get a good placement with lucrative salary.

Prof. Ch.Sanjay, Principal, School of Technology participated as guest of honor and exhorted the budding engineers that they have to work with enthusiasm and innovate the new things, new products and services.

DVVSR Varma, Resident Director wished the fest will help to bring out the hidden talents in the budding engineers.

Shankar Kambhampaty, CTO, Zurich Account and Distinguish Architect, DXC Technologies has graced as a speaker for Tech Talk. He spoke on the topic ‘Service Oriented Architecture and Microservices Architecture’.

The Innovation Centre organized Technical, Non-technical and fun events like Paper Presentation, Project Expo, Bridge The Gap, Code Sense, Animation, Equaliser, Break The Curse, Processing, Jenga, Photo Booth, Gaming, Paint Ball, Treasure Hunt, and Tech Talk etc. The students took part in great enthusiasm and showcased their talents.
