Education sector and educating are both fulfilling
For me, this sector is quite dynamic and serving in this sector is always fulfilling. Over the years, a lot of changes has been introduced in terms of imparting knowledge. We as the knowledge providers always aim that our students grow academically as well as socially.
Students who timely and smartly plan their goals are more successful in their lives than others. It is necessary to keep oneself alert, aware and updated with the ongoing and upcoming scenario happening in the industry. So, we make sure to work towards the same.
Curriculum at AISECT ensures to meet the industry standards
The curriculum offered at the University is exclusively designed by the experts and based on innovative concepts. This approach helps our students to understand and choose a better career. Leadership philosophy and style
In my opinion, a leadership style is the way a person influences people. Some key personal traits that effectively describe leadership performance are: Innovator, Decision Maker, Listener, Critical Thinker, Coach, Goal Oriented, Inspiring, Motivating, Visionary. The Path of becoming a better leader is to set your leadership philosophy & standards you aspire. True leadership is the one that solicits input and feedback from those around them so that everyone feels part of the process.
Leaders share their vision or strategy with the people they address and guide them in the best possible way. According to my experience, one needs to foster a positive environment that allows the team to flourish. For a leader to be effective he should know the resources and be skilful in its utilization & development.
Upcoming goals for the University

Thoughts on evolvement of education sector
A significant change that I have noticed is the rapid emergence of skill-based courses. With the advancement in technology, now students can learn anytime and anywhere. Students have greater scope of learning and more choice of streams. Today, institutions prefer project-based and experiential learning. The biggest change that I have seen is that education is reaching in remote areas so that every child gets educated.
Students should focus more on their communication skills so that they can overcome any challenge that come across their path. The second most important skill they should possess is that they should learn the new technologies thoroughly to move ahead in this fast-growing world.
Ideal institute environment as per Dr. Srivastava
An ideal environment for any institution depends on the student-teacher relationship. The students should be guided in a friendly and innovative way rather than being conventional in approach. An ideal institute works to build safe learning spaces for students.
The primary interest is to create a balanced educational program that recognizes and values them. An institute that helps each student reaching his or her full potential regardless of their personality. Presently, each individual need such an atmosphere in order to grow and stay motivated.
Motivation helps in building an individual’s self confidence
According to me, if we regularly keep motivating a student, it definitely helps them to be more confident and improves their inner strength. They become more positive and their attitude totally transforms making them believe that they have the power to change the world.
