I-Business Institute organises Annual Sports meet at IBI Campus

Greater Noida, March 25, 2019: The I-Business Institute (IBI) celebrated its annual sports day at its campus. “Talent win games, but team-work and intelligence win championship”, was the motto of the event. Mr. Sujeet Roy, Chairman of IBI, gave a welcome speech followed by Sarasvati Vandana.

On the day of the event, one could feel the energetic and positive vibes amongst the students and the faculties amidst the thrills and cheers. The main aim of the event was to inculcate the spirit of sportsmanship and fondness for sports in students.

With the speech by chairman, the opening of the great event was done by unfurling the flag by him. The students entered into the spirit of the occasion in a grand way with the oath being administered by the Sports Captain.

PGDM program competed in various events - volleyball, table tennis, shot put, badminton, pool, relays, and races. The most popular events which evoked the greatest interest were the 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters and relay races. Once the race began, the air was filled with the hooting, cheering and tons of encouragement for the young athletes.

Even the faculty members participated with vigor and commendable enthusiasm. The tug-of-war between the faculty members was very interesting. The last event of the musical chair's race, in which the guests participated was vied amusing.

In the end, the winners were awarded the medals by Mr. Sujeet Roy, the Chairman and Dr. P. Sivakumar, the Director of IBI. To sum up, the entire Annual Sports Day meet witnessed a spectacular display of courage, hard work, skill and brilliance by the students, faculty and the organisers.
