She has done MBA from ICFAI Business School and has 8 years of amazing experience working with different reputed companies. And because she was passionate in business and wanted to do something in the education sector as well by providing quality knowledge to young minds, she started her teaching journey with the International School of Design.

Which latest program are you offering in your institute to help students outperform and stand apart from the crowd? 

"We offer BA, B. Sc., M. Sc. and MBA courses in the field of Interior and Fashion Designing"

Our college offers 3 years BA, B. Sc. Degree courses and also 4 years Bachelor of Design at undergraduate level, 2 years M. Sc. and MBA Degree course at Postgraduate level along with Diploma courses in the discipline of Fashion Designing, Interior Designing, Graphics and Animation. 

Which factors make the programs of your college worth pursuing for students?

Our teaching pedagogies, educational practices make each course a best fit for students. In addition to this, there are abundant learning and job opportunities associated with each course. So, students can either do a full-time job in reputed organizations or can establish something of their own.

In your opinion, how will the New Education Policy impact the existing education system of colleges?

"NEP will be very helpful for students in coming years as students will have limitless opportunities to explore"

The best benefit which the New Education Policy has provided to students is that now vocational courses like BA, B. Sc. and B. Com are equivalent to regular Degree courses, so overall it will give an edge and confidence to students pursuing these courses about the scope they will have in upcoming time. Apart from this, our students can pursue either short term Diploma or Degree courses and can even start their own business and not depend on anyone post successful completion of their courses. 

What are some valuable insights of courses which your college is offering to students?

The thing which makes the courses of our college unique is that there are no requirements like students should be MPC or BPC doesn't matter or they should be involved in any specific profession while pursuing our courses. The only requirement is that aspirants should be 10th pass and should be passionate to learn new things.

We offer our courses in both online and offline modes to ensure that our students don't miss their classes and can take lectures from anywhere. In today's time, technologies are evolving and changing at a very fast pace and if we observe carefully so many new trends like Metaverse, VR, AR and NFT Technologies have been recently introduced in the market and more or less every organization is using them in one or other way. So I firmly believe that addition of the latest technologies in our curriculum will bring a positive change in the learning process of our students.

As we all know that the word Design is not restricted to the field of Fashion or Interior Design only but nowadays every business and every organization needs skilled professionals who know about Website building and Graphics Designing. So to link our courses and corporate requirements, we stay in touch with industry people and experts to ensure the best practices in our courses. 

How do you prepare your students to deal with the outside competitive world?

"By providing them abundant learning and research opportunities and industry exposure"

The main objective of our college is to strengthen the practical learning experience of students and provide them abundant industrial exposure because theory alone will not be of much help for them in the outside dynamic and competitive world. Also, we regularly keep our students aware about the latest technologies and trends of both corporate and academic sectors by involving appropriate courses, subjects, value-based programs or training in the curriculum of our college. This is how we make them ready for this ever-changing world. 

What key factors are being considered while you design new courses for your students?

We design new courses and training programs for our students after the rigorous analysis and consideration of market demands, corporate world developments and new technologies which are being used or will be used in upcoming time in the industrial or educational sector.

What kinds of projects or internship opportunities are offered by your college to students?

"Post successful completion of students respective courses, they are allotted real time projects"

As soon as our students complete their respective course, we align them in different kinds of real time projects as interns where they get to learn new technologies and also apply their classroom learning to find solutions for real world issues. Another benefit of these projects is that after finishing their degree courses, our students can start their own businesses as well as we also inculcate Entrepreneurship skills in them from the start.
