What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To be a leader with noble intentions, allowing growth & progress of all parties involved”

A leader must have a vision and articulate it clearly to provide direction for the group he/she serves.

Leaders need to provide leadership opportunities to their team members and share responsibilities for attaining goals.

At our institution, we would like to take the responsibility of connecting academics in line with the industry. We achieve this by training the student’s contemporary skills required to enhance their employability prowess.

We believe in activity-based learning so it’s not only the lecture method we follow. In addition to it, we have practical projects where we try to connect students with practical experience.

What are some biggest challenges in education?

“Attracting & retaining qualified individuals of the field to work in the academic domain”

In our education system, we have the challenges of the uncoordinated curriculum, that does not teach the necessary skills to the student. In addition to this, the fact that experts in the field are reluctant to join academics as teachers because of less remuneration is also a big challenge. We look forward to overcoming this challenge and try to incorporate industrial practices and also ensure that the higher pay package would be given to the faculties as well.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“To not let societal disturbances affect their will to succeed”

I believe that modern youth is outstanding when it comes to grasping new concepts at an unbelievable pace. The only thing they must pay attention to is being focused, & working without any deviations.
