What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

"My curious attitude to know things and share my knowledge with young minds"

I personally believe in constant learning as a mantra to keep myself updated. And we all know very well that young students are very curious and ask so many questions while you interact with them, and to answer those mind-blowing questions, one has to upskill himself with the current trends, that's what I actually do. Apart from all this, educating students and resolving their queries makes me happy and proud. Hence I would say all these factors together have kept me associated with the education sector for so long.

How do you establish a healthy environment in your institute?

"Through regular communication with students and their parents"

We have maintained such a kind of ambiance in our college that when any student interacts with any faculty or asks doubts during classes, they don’t feel afraid. This environment of open communication helps them to develop self-confidence in them. In addition to this, we conduct meetings with parents on a regular basis and explain to them the college curriculum and other extracurricular activities we have for students. Lastly, we motivate our students to do plantations on their own to help nature grow and prosper.

How does your institute enhance the faculty skills so that they can provide the best quality education?

"By providing them guidance and support to update their skills whenever required"

Our faculties maintain a well-developed plan by deciding lesson objectives in advance every month to deliver lectures and We regularly take updates from them on whether they have reached their goals or not, and provide our support as and when required. As students do homework, our faculties also do some homework before teaching any topic to students.

What do you see as the greatest strengths of your college?

"Our legacy in the education field along with our infrastructure and faculties"

The Indian Polytechnic College is under the Rajas Group of Institutions and hence we have had a strong basement in the educational sector for a good number of years. And we provide the best infrastructure, faculties, support systems, and labs along with a peaceful and experiential learning environment to our students for their overall growth and development. Our main focus remains on providing more practical classes and projects to our students so that they can use their existing skills and learn new ones.

Which challenges have you faced while uplifting the education quality of your college?

"We have faced issues on every front be it financial or faculty level"

Providing quality education to all itself is the first challenge because it is not a one-man show. There are lots of variables included in it, like collecting funds for education, recruiting trained and professional faculty, ensuring a healthy and safe environment for everyone, and curriculum development as per industry demands. But we are regularly working to enhance the education quality of our college.

What benefits can a student gain from studying at your institute?

"Best quality education and amenities will be provided to them"

We strongly believe that although academics are important for any student in a college, they should also learn how to take on new responsibilities and acknowledgment their success and mistakes. And this is what we teach to our students. We make them capable and confident enough by imparting new skills to them so that they can take new initiative for their own and others' growth.

How is your institute more welcoming to students of different communities and economic backgrounds?

"Any kind of inequality is strictly prohibited in our college"

Our institution does not differentiate students based on their economic backgrounds or caste. We promote equality in our college as we believe everyone is the same under the roof of education. We take care of every need and issue of our students on the earliest basis.

Any suggestions which you would like to give to your students?

"Dream big, stay focused and live a disciplined life"

I would advise my students not to take education lightly. Live a disciplined life and because without discipline quality education is of no use. And as with knowledge comes more responsibility so students must be well prepared to shoulder it and grow high in life.
