Dr. Sushil D. Patil is the Principal of Mahavir Institute of Pharmacy. He did B.Pharm from A.R.A. College of Pharmacy, Nagaon, M.Pharm from Annamalai University and PhD from Savitribai Phule University, Pune. He has more than 10 years of experience in his career. He is a member of the Association of Pharmacy Teachers in India and the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council. He has also co-authored several publications in National and International Journals.

I enjoy delegating tasks and taking the lead on any work related to the principal, but I also like to stay involved and inspire my team by showing that I am working hands-on to help them too.

We decided to start short term courses with industry collaboration. It is necessary to promote research and infrastructure on campus. This assists them to ensure leadership qualities.
