What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Having an opportunity to develop new teaching-learning methods”

The first factor, which comes in my mind, is recognition because the label of recognition will remain for my whole life. I believe in learning through experience with the application of knowledge for the development of wisdom. A few other factors are:

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Being the guide and setting examples for them”

Delegating the correct authority to the right person at the right time should be the philosophy of leadership. I keep myself involved with my team by showing that I am working hands-on to help them, too. A personal leadership philosophy is a set of beliefs and principles you use to evaluate information and respond to people and situations. It allows anyone who follows it to gain an understanding of your values, priorities, approach to decision-making, and what you expect from yourself and others.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your college?

“Optimal the use of the technology available”

Strategic planning is the process of setting goals, deciding on actions to achieve those goals and mobilizing the resources needed to take those actions. Discuss what best you can do and how you will get it done. The whole world is going through the digital era, so using digital technology and optimum use of social media will attract the marketing perspective.
