What are the key factors that kept you connected with the education sector?

“Contribution towards the development of a great nation”

I believe that in any country across the world, the education sector is the most important sector because of its contributing nature for great developments. Education is the prime driving force behind any economy as we impart the knowledge and skills to the students, and turn them into professionals. Education is the foundation of every sector, industry, business and new advancements that exist in this world, adding on to building a bright future of India.

How would you describe your leadership style?

“Including, encouraging and working together for institutional achievement”

Leadership is all about taking into account each and every member of your team, and motivating and driving them collectively towards a common goal. I believe inclusivity is one of the most important things when we speak of leadership. Therefore, a leader should be able to influence and bind his or her team together, encourage them, exchange ideas and push them towards working and achieve something collectively as a team.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities towards the students are? 

“Better education and motivation for a bright future ahead”

Keeping in mind their futuristic concerns, our entire team is working towards imparting a quality education and training to our students, so that they can stand out unsurpassed in the professional world. Most importantly, we motivate them to achieve everything and believe in the special calibre of each and every student. We nurture and train our students in becoming the best version of them.

How do you build a positive culture among the students?

Through different tasks, activities and by initiating interactions between the students we try to teach them to accept one another and we try to teach them that diversity should be celebrated. Besides, the regular curriculum, we do a lot of food and cultural festivals through which students get learning opportunities about different cultures and ethnicities. They get a chance to communicate with standard industrial people and learn the effects of positive interaction. 

Any suggestions you would like to give to aspiring students?

My suggestion to the aspiring students is to set a goal and start working consistently and persistently towards it as nothing in this world can replace hard work and dedication. Help others if you can, and never your inner values fade due to hard circumstances outside. BE ethical in your approaches for a peaceful success in life.
