How do you help your student to cope up with the competition being so high in the outside world?

Encourage them to set realistic goals and work towards achieving them. This can help them stay focused and motivated.

Help them develop a positive attitude towards competition and learn how to compete in a healthy way. Encourage them to focus on their own progress and improvement, rather than comparing themselves to others.

Help them to be well-rounded. Encourage them to pursue interests outside of academics and develop a balance in their life. Since each student is unique and may respond differently to different strategies. We often conduct open conversation with them and understand their perspective and what they need.

Do you have any extracurricular activities/ programs to enhance the skills of the students or expose them to the real-world challenges?

After the students completed theoretical subject and hands on learning at the college, we expose students for Industrial Training to hotels and resort where a student gets the opportunity to test their interest in their career before permanent commitments.
