He has more than 15 years of industry experience in the field of sales, marketing. and administration. Later, Dr. Saxena shifted to the education field to share his earned experience with the upcoming generation.

What keeps you connected with the education sector?

I have more than 15 year of industry experience in the field of sales, mktg. and administration. I shifted to the education field to share my earned experience with the upcoming generation. It is a pleasant experience for me to contribute in such a way. Institution gives a fertile and conducive environment to grow.

What are your roles and responsibilities?

“To organize each activity for all members of campus”

We process a shared responsibility structure in the organization. Everyone executes his/her duty in a symphony to achieve excellence. I organize different activities for all members on campus. 

Do you have any extracurricular programs to enhance the skills of the students to face real-world challenges?

“Personality development programs, computer classes, seminars, and workshops are provided for pupils”

We realized that our students are weak in communication skills and computer literacy. So, we support and motivate them to achieve excellence along with regular studies. Our campus conducts seminars, workshops and special sessions from experts. They also get Personality development programs, and computer classes to improve their skills.

We consider every challenge as an opportunity to explore our competencies. Some of the challenges include lack of awareness and interest about studies among students. They take education very casually and have less relevance in the present scenario. Education becomes a piece of paper that is necessary to get a job for students. We try our level best to convince people about the importance of education.
