"Convincing students about the importance of both regular and distance mode courses was a challenge"

Our college offers a full time regular Postgraduate program of MHM to students and along with this, we have started providing MBA courses in distance mode. So for us our initial challenge was to address the queries of students who are pursuing these 2 courses from our college. Apart from this, making students convinced that regular and distance courses are equally good and valuable was another issue we had to fix on an early basis.

What key factors are being considered by your team while adding a new course in the curriculum?

"We thoroughly analyze the course demand in outside world and among students"

When we plan to add a new course in our curriculum, we thoroughly analyze its demand in the outside world and also the number of students or working professionals who are looking for such courses. Because if there will be a good strength of aspirants, more chances are that the program will be a success.

"Internships and real-time projects are inseparable as students can evaluate their existing and build new one"

In today's time, internships and projects are interlinked and very important to give a hands-on experience to students about their respective courses and areas of interest and it also helps an organization to gauge, measure and understand their prospective employees. In addition to this, real time projects also help students to analyze if their skill sets are in line with expectations of the industrial world or not. .
