Talking about my leadership style, it includes strong communication and management skills, creative and innovative thinking, perseverance in the face of failure, willingness to take risks, openness to change, and level headedness and reactiveness in times of crisis.

According to you, what makes the education industry the best industry to work in?

"Education is not just giving knowledge regarding a particular field or subject"

Working as an educationist, I feel privileged to work upon the development of future generations which in turn provide the power to change people’s lives and definitely in a positive way. Education is not just giving knowledge regarding a particular field or subject but it involves shaping someone's entire personality in order that they can best adapt to different challenges of life and thereby become the best overall achievers in whatever they pursue for in future. As educators we can not only make a difference in someone's life but also contribute to the growth of the profession and for the bright future of the society and the nation at large.

Being a principal of homeopathy, how does your work impact the growth of the institute?

Our institution functions on the value system which primarily focuses on Teamwork, Excellence, Authenticity, Creativity and Humbleness (TEACH brand values of our institute). As the principal of this institution I always make sure that in all of my endeavours there is a reflection of these core values and thereby contribute effectively to overall growth of the institute.

What are the career opportunities that students can see in this field?

"Government is also including homoeopathy"

Apart from being an educationist and clinician, students can explore further in research as there is a lot of scope in research in homoeopathy. Government is also including homoeopathy in its various programs, so jobs in the government sector could be another option.
