Ms. Lavanya Kanduri is the Chairperson and Dean of Manson Center of Excellence School of Business Management. She is a double Post Graduate. She has a Master's Degree in Commerce and in Business Administration with a specialization in International Finance. She is a fellow member of ICMAI. Her areas of expertise include Transfer Pricing, Handling Internal and External audits, Multi-Location Coordination – to keep the books up to date, Developing and Establishing MIS for Corporate Leadership Review and Decision Making. She has a successful track record of conducting and concluding the academic cycles for several batches of students. She specializes in subjects like Management Accounts, Income Tax, Cost Accountancy and Advanced Financial Accounting, etc.

Lack of academic freedom makes faculty curtail their motivation to learn, innovate and update their teaching practices. However, thanks to our specialized programs which give an opportunity to our faculty to explore, motivate and absorb the latest teaching pedagogy.
