What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“To implement quality education for pupils connects me with the education sector”

I am always inclined towards factors related to quality education. My dream is to impart quality education to students. It is the major reason that keeps me connected with the education Sector. I know the value and power of education.

What is your philosophy of leadership in Amritsar College of Nursing?

“Ready to solve problems and listen to the problems of colleagues is my leadership philosophy”

A good leader is the one who is always available for the students, Faculty and Staff. I follow a leadership philosophy of being polite while listening to others' problems. A leader capable enough to solve their problems.

What can an inbound student gain from studying in your institute?

“Focus on practical education instead of theory and make students industry ready”

Most of foreign education systems are praised nowadays because of their practical teaching. We follow the same in our campus. Faculties give priority to practical education rather than theoretical part. It leads our students to become industry ready. They can do excellent in their careers after getting education from our campus. 

How does Amritsar College of Nursing welcome students of different races or economic backgrounds?

“Provide scholarships for reserved students and consider all as equal”

Our campus consists of students from different parts of India. Some of the states include Punjab, Jammu kashmir, Bihar, etc. We provide separate hostel facilities for Boys and Girls. Reserved students get scholarships as per government rules and regulations.

What are your roles and responsibilities to campus and students?

“To give the best education for pupils through a comfortable environment”

My role is to ensure the best education for students in a comfortable environment. I believe in giving training for faculties also. They are the backbone of our institution.

What is the top priority of Amritsar College of Nursing over the next 10 years?

“To become a top college in Punjab state and update our standards in society”

One of our priorities is to get a chance at the top campuses in Punjab in upcoming years. We are working everyday for this aim. Our campus tries to improve and make sure to achieve the dream. We worked on campus as per the feedback received from our students and faculty.

What do you like people to know about your campus they may not know?

“Unique teaching methods and quality education for candidates”

Our campus is different from the rest in the approach to the Health care Center. We follow unique and creative ways of teaching or learning methodologies. Campus introduces regular scrutiny that enhances education quality in accordance with the objectives. We are serving the society at large with sensitivity and commitment.

Any suggestions do you like to give for current youth and aspiring students?

“Be active and update skills for your better future”

 It is necessary to face any issues from the students' side. They should maintain leadership skills, work quality and power. Each candidate should participate in all activities to raise their skills.
