Candidates seeking admissions into the UG and PG courses are required to meet the requisite eligibility criteria which are mentioned below. 

Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses: 

• Candidates must have passed 10+12 or HSC/Equivalent (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology) with 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board. 
• Candidates holding a diploma degree are also eligible. 

Eligibility Criteria for PG Courses: Candidates must hold a B.E/ B.Tech/ Bachelor’s degree in relevant specialisation from a recognized university/ institution with at least 50% marks in aggregate. 

Eligibility Criteria for PhD & MPhil Courses: Candidates must hold a master's degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from recognized universities.

• Visit the official application portal of MGRERI at drmgrdu.ac.in.
• Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email ID etc.
• Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.
• Pay the application fee of INR 750 in cash or a Demand Draft for INR 850 payable to Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute and mailed to Chennai, and submit the Application form. 
• Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
