Goa University Admission 2022: Apply for PG And B.Ed courses till March 31

New Delhi : According to a recent notification issued by Goa University, the last date for submission of application for admission to PG and B.Ed programs is on March 31, 2022. The admission to the postgraduate and B.Ed programs for the academic year 2022-23 will be based on Goa University - Admissions Ranking Test (GU-ART). 

It should be noted that Candidates applying for admission to the following programs are not required to sit for GU-ART

• M.A Wellness and Counselling, Nirmala Institute of Education
• MBA/MBA (Executive)/MBA (Integrated)/MBA(Financial Services), Goa Business School
• M.Sc Marine Biotechnology, Department of Biotechnology, Goa University
• M.C.A., Goa Business Schoool
• M.Sc International Hospitality and Tourism Management program, V. M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education

Candidates who are applying for M.A(English/Hindi/Konkani/Marathi/Psychology/Economics), M.Sc(microbiology, mathematics, chemistry, Environmental science), M.S.W and M.Com which are offered at multiple institutions under Goa University are required to fill a separate online form. Applicants can mention their preference of institutions in this form.

Goa University PG and B.Ed admission 2022: How to Apply

Candidates can follow the steps below to complete the application process. 

Step 1: Visit the official admissions portal to access the link to the online application (https://admissionportal.unigoa.ac.in//admissionportal/#/admissionAnnouncements).

Step 2: Enter all necessary details like Name, D.O.B, Email ID, the Mobile phone number to complete the registration process and generate login credentials.

Step 3: Use the computer-generated User ID and Password to access the online form.

Step 4: Fill in the form, submit it and pay an application fee of Rs 600 for each subject/specialisation. Candidates from SC/ST category are only required to pay 50% of the admission fee.

Step 5: The fee must be paid online via credit card/debit card/online banking

Goa University PG and B.Ed Admissions 2022: documents required

Documents to be submitted during Goa University Admissions 2022 includes passport size colour photograph, candidate signature, mark sheets and certificates of all previous examinations and reservation certificate if applicable.

Candidates appearing for GU-ART should keep in mind that the exam is only conducted to decide their rank during admission. The final grades or percentages obtained by candidates will be used to ascertain their eligibility for the program. 

Individuals who are in their final year of graduation can also apply and sit for GU-ART. If selected, they will be granted provisional admission. In case they fail to clear the graduation examination, admissions will be cancelled and fees refunded.
