SRM Institute of Science and Technology Admission 2023 Open for PhD Courses; Apply till April 30

New Delhi: SRMIST has begun the application process for admission to its PhD program for the academic session 2023-24. Candidates seeking admission to PhD programs can submit their applications till April 30, 2023.

As per SRMIST, candidates who have completed their master's degree or equivalent qualifications in the relevant stream/subjects with at least 55% in aggregate marks from any reputed university/ institute are eligible for admission to PhD programs.

Applicants seeking admission in SRMIST PhD Program 2023 must read the following eligibility and selection criteria:

• Master's degree or professional degree from any accredited university of at least two years.
• OR MPhil degree with at least a 55% in aggregate or its equivalent grade point.
• Degree will be eligible to continue with research leading to a PhD degree.
• The candidates who satisfy the criteria will be given the opportunity to take an admission exam at one of SRMIST's campuses.
• Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the entrance exam, within the chosen research area, and in a technical-cum-personal interview.
• Entrants who are selected for the teaching fellowship, UGC-NET (including JRF), UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF), SLET, or GATE are excused from taking the entrance exam.
