New Delhi: Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, has completed the placement season for its HRM and LR Batch of 2021-23. The highest CTC stood at Rs 49 lakh, a jump of 16.42% over the previous year.
41% of the batch at TISS Mumbai had received Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) from various companies.
According to TISS Mumbai Placement 2023 Report, 64 students out of 66 have secured packages of above INR 20 LPA. The average CTC of the top 10% and top 25% was INR 39.29 lakh and INR 35.45 lakh respectively.
The mean CTC received was of Rs. 27.22 lakh and median CTC of Rs 25.75 lakh, registering an increase of 13.56% and 14.44% respectively over the previous year.
The maximum number of candidates will be joining in the domain of FMCG/FMCD, followed by Consulting, Conglomerates, and Engineering/Technology.
The placement process witnessed the participation of regular recruiters like Accenture, Accenture Strategy, Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Deloitte India, Flipkart, HUL, ITC, Korn Ferry, Marico, Nestle, TAS, etc. Deloitte India rolled out the highest number of offers followed by Asian Paints, ITC & Kotak Mahindra.
Google, IDFC First Bank, PI Industries, Pine Labs, ReNew Power, and UPL were all first-time recruiters while companies like Kotak Mahindra, L'Oréal, Shell, Sterlite Power and Texas Instruments were back on campus after a hiatus.
