West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has delayed the issue of notification for conducting the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2021.
In the year 2020, the WBJEEB had released the WBJEE 2021 notification in October 2019 and in February 2020, the entrance examination was conducted. However, this year due to the nationwide lockdown imposed to restrict the spread of COVID 19, the result declaration and counselling process was delayed.
Candidates were expecting the issue of WBJEE 2021 notification for some time but the examination authorities have not yet released any notification regarding the registration and conducting of examination.
With the delay in the notification, WBJEE 2021 examination is expected to be further delayed and may not be conducted in February 2021. It is expected that the exam authorities will release the notification by the end of January or starting of February 2021.
Since the JEE Main 2021 examination is scheduled to be conducted from February 23 to 26, 2021. The examination authority will be further delaying the WBJEE 2021 examination to avoid any clashes.
