Is the MBA curriculum of LPU updated? Please tell the industrial exposure in MBA courses for students.

LPU offers 2 years MBA course which is divided into 8 terms. You must fulfil the eligibility criteria and pass with 55% aggregate marks in a bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent. Students must qualify for the entrance exam for admission. LPUNEST, CAT, MAT, XAT, NMAT, CMAT, or CUET are the accepted entrance exams.

Can you tell me about the latest cutoff and the entrance exam accepted for LPU BTech courses?

As per my knowledge, the expected LPUNEST 2024 cutoff for the BTech course is 150 to 300 marks out of 400. 

LPU offers every year the National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) for around 150+ courses. Every year more than 75,000 students join the LPUNEST exam. Apart from the LPUNEST exam, LPU accepts CUET or JEE Main score for BTech admission.

Can I get admission to MBA to LPU with the 80 percentile?

Yes, you can be admitted to LPU MBA programs if you score in the 80th percentile in the MAT exam. Candidates can get benefits with Scholarships based on CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT or NMAT. How much is the fees if I take direct BCA admission to LPU?

LPU offers 3 three-year BCA program which is divided into 6 semesters. The BCA course fee per semester is INR 80,000. The total fee structure for the BCA course at LPU is INR 4,80,000. The hostel fee is INR 3,30,000 for the entire course.

Applicants must fulfil the eligibility criteria for entrance to the BCA course at LPU. The minimum eligibility applicants must pass class 12th with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent.

First of all, there is no direct MBA admission at LPU. MBA admission is based on either LPUNEST or CAT, MAT, XAT, NMAT, CMAT or CUET scores.

The total fee for the MBA course is INR 2,00,000 per semester. The exam fees is INR 4,500 per semester.

Can I get MBA admission to LPU with a 450 CAT score?

LPU allows students with a minimum 80 percentile in the CAT exam for MBA admission. In 2024 the expected cutoff for the CAT exam will be 40-45 percentile for general category students. The expected cutoff in the MAT exam will be 67-70 percentile, the expected cutoff in the CMAT exam will be 70-72 percentile, and the expected cutoff in the CMAT exam will be 90-92 percentile. 

So, you can get admission with a 450 score in the CAT.
