The eligibility criteria to pursue a BSc IT course at LPU is 50% marks in class 12 from a recognised board with English as one of the main subjects. As your score is 62% in the ISC board, you can easily get admission to the BSc IT program at LPU. You just have to appear in the LPUNEST exam and clear it. LPUNEST can also help you in availing of a scholarship that can cover your course fee up to 28%.

Yes, LPU has a work-integrated program in BTech. It allows students to gain practical exposure along with their academic studies. The general eligibility for an MBA course at LPU is 55% marks in the bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. As your score is 47%, you are not eligible for the MBA program at LPU. 

Apart from the eligibility, candidates are also required to clear entrance exams like LPUNEST, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT or CUET. I think you should contact the LPU admission cell and try to appear in the LPUNEST exam or clear the other exams if possible. Then you should prepare well for the video essay and interview which is the part of the MBA admission process. Based on your performance in the admission process, they may give you admission to the MBA course.
