If you’ve joined NICMAR Pune as a fresher, you might struggle to adjust to real-world construction after staying in a resort-like atmosphere for two years. You might have to work in remote locations which could be challenging, but with time you will get used to your surroundings. If you have joined a real estate or advisory finance firm in the city instead, the work conditions might be better, but job tension will still be present. As a fresher, it might feel like life sucks, but hard work pays off with time.
If you’ve joined NICMAR Pune as a person with experience, you would be well aware of the site conditions, and NICMAR might feel like a resort to you. Your dedication towards your work and attitude in the job will decide your future job life, and you need to show your innovative skills and have the vision to succeed in your job.

In my final year of engineering, my parents encouraged me to pursue an MBA at any reputable institution. Therefore, I enlisted in CAT prep classes. I frequently visited a nearby location for my senior year assignment, and each time my interest grew, so I abandoned the idea of pursuing an MBA.
Instead, I participated in campus placements and was fortunate to be hired by Reliance Industries Limited. As soon as I joined the company, I realized I enjoyed being on-site and checking, supervising, and observing all the various activities.
After RIL, I joined the Mumbai-based real estate titan Lodha Dwellers Pvt. Ltd. This was my most productive period ever. Both of my supervisors were phenomenal. They instructed me in invoicing, micro-planning, acquisition, and documentation. It was essentially an entirely new education for me. I had strong communication skills, which made coordination simple for me.
I am glad I made that decision. It is worth it.

The basic HR questions will be asked like why do you want to join NICMAR, what are your long-term goals, etc. They also test your speaking skills by giving you a topic to speak on.
