No, IIT Delhi does not provide MA in English. Some other IITs do provide humanities programs, for instance, IIT Madras offers 5-year integrated MA courses in English as well as in Development Studies. Admission to these courses is done through an entrance test called HSEE.
Other IITs have their own net above tests for the specific humanities programs offered and details can be sought from the official website of respective colleges. Additionally, some IITs also offer Ph.D. programs in different humanities disciplines including English literature.
My friend is an MA Psychology student at Chandigarh University. In her opinion, it is one of the best MA courses offered in India. She justified her opinion through a number of reasons some of which I have listed below
Overall, the quality of teaching is a major USP that students consider while choosing this university.
IGNOU is better recognized for distance courses. So, pursuing a correspondence course in MA Psychology will be better. However, if possible try to do a regular course in counseling, clinical or industrial psychology. Psychology is practical oriented subject, and you will need to do dissertations, practicals, and internships as a part of coursework. Being a practical-based course, the career outcomes of correspondence degrees in Psychology are somewhat limited.
It is better not to opt for NIT Rourkela, as it is not a humanity-oriented college. The recruiters mostly prefer students from the science field. The disadvantage of this college is that you only concentrate on your respective subject. You don’t get enough time to prepare for other competitive exams because of the workload. So try to get admission to a humanity-oriented college for a better future
IGNOU will be better for pursuing a distance master’s in Public Administration. It is one of the best universities for distance education in the country. The course content is excellent and the notes are well-structured. IGNOU course materials can help in civil service examination preparations as well.
Both Madras University and IGNOU are good options for pursuing a master’s in Public Administration. But if you have to choose one, select IGNOU.
It will be difficult to choose between Annamalai University and Chandigarh University, just as it is difficult to choose where to study when there are so many options. I recommend that you look into Chandigarh University's distance learning program. Chandigarh University's distance education department is relatively new, but it is very promising.
The Institute of Distance & Online Learning at Chandigarh University is UGC-DEB accredited, making it an approved distance learning program. Moving on, the facilities and support in distance programs are very helpful and student-friendly. First and foremost, you will receive all study materials and have free access to their online content, which includes videos, e-courses, SLM, and quizzes. Aside from multimedia and course materials, the CU LMS (Learning Management System for distance learners) includes features such as rubrics, teacher and instructor-facilitated learning, a discussion board, a course tracker, download and submit assignments, interact with faculty, and a virtual programming environment and e-library.
Furthermore, despite being a distance learner, you will be able to visit the campus, participate in numerous workshops and seminars, and gain first-hand experience with industry tools. With a curriculum that meets international and industry standards, you will also have access to the university's placement drive, which means you can even be placed via distance education.

If you're interested in the IITs and their programs, here's some information to consider:
It's worth noting that this is one perspective on the IITs and their programs, and other factors may also be important to consider when choosing a college or university. It's always a good idea to research multiple options and weigh the pros and cons of each before making a decision.
The MA in Economics program offered by the Central University of Kerala is quite good. The course curriculum and the faculties offered by the institute is better than that of the state universities. However, the Economics program offered by the institute isn’t among the best economics program offered in the country. There are better alternatives like JNU, DSE, ISI, etc.
This course will be good for you if you want a more suitable course structure for competitive examinations like IES, UGC NET, Civil Services, etc.
