Admission to IIT Mandi for MTech programs involves the following steps:

1. Candidates must qualify for the GATE Examination.
2. After satisfying step one, you should submit an online application through the IIT Mandi admission portal.
3. Then based on the GATE scores and academic performance, candidates are shortlisted. The general cut-off rank for IIT Mandi for various courses was 350-450 in 2023.
4. After the above rounds, shortlisted candidates may need to attend an interview or a written test.
5. Then after successful completion of all the above rounds admission is granted based on the performance in GATE, academic performance, and interview/written test.

I am a student at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Here are the CAT 2023 cutoffs for MBA admissions at IIT Dhanbad to give you a basic idea-

These cutoffs are just the minimum percentile required in CAT to be eligible for the MBA admissions at IIT Dhanbad. The final shortlisting of candidates is done on the following parameters-

One of my friends received a call from IIT Dhanbad a few years back, and according to him, a general category candidate should at least secure 80-85 percentile in CAT to expect a call from IIT Dhanbad. IIT Roorkee MTech admissions are done on the basis of a valid GATE score. After that, students have to register for GATE COAP counselling, in addition to registering on the official IIT Roorkee website. The B.Tech graduates from an IIT who have a total CGPA of 8.0 or above can apply to MTech at IITR without having to qualify GATE examination.

The last date to apply for PhD admission at IIT Kanpur for the July 2024 semester was April 12, 2024. This was the final deadline provided by the institute with no further chances of extension.

Six rounds of counseling sessions take place and you will be allotted seats according to seat availability and your rank.

CSE is a popular branch at ISM Dhanbad. Students have to secure a minimum of 75% marks in their boards eligible for admission. Furthermore, students have to clear the JEE Main examination and get a rank higher than the cut-off rank in the JEE Advanced examination.
